剧情：
一支全副武装的四人特种部队小组奉命赶往出事地点，在自称卫生署官员的欧文医生（JonathanMellor饰）的带领下，他们进入因感染而被封锁的公寓。行动开始不久，成员之一马托斯（AlejandroCasaseca饰）即遭到攻击和感染。队长帕洛（JuliFàbregas饰）深感蹊跷，从欧文口中，他终于知道事件的真相。另一方面，三个少年出于好奇也钻进了公寓，他们经历了种种恐怖的场面，并因此付出代价。与此同时，特种部队和第一集中幸存的女记者安吉拉（ManuelaVelasco饰）相遇，却不知死亡之手已经伸到他们的身边……本片是前作《死亡录像》的续集，并荣获2010年戈迪奖最佳剪辑、最佳音效、最佳特效和最佳视觉效果等数项大奖。
